We’re a third-generation site development company proudly serving our community for more than 50 years. In 1973, Arcadia native Dwight Daughtrey founded Daughtrey Constructions, now known as DeSoto Sand and Fill. With just a single-axle dump truck, a box-blade tractor, and a dream, Dwight laid the foundation for something remarkable. Today, we own more than 40 pieces of earthmoving equipment and have completed thousands of jobs. Dwight’s grandson, Kaleb West, has officially taken over the business and is committed to building on that legacy with a clear vision for continued success.
