Residential: We proudly offer sitework for homeowners; clearing lots and grading pads for building a house to building a barn. We also offer shell, dirt or rock for driveways, start to finish.
Commercial: We work hard to provide for our community; from clearing lots to grading pads. Material import and also installing storm water utilities. We take pride in our work to best serve you and the communities needs. We are happy to prepare the land to build any physical structure.

Dirt Pit
Our 90-acre pit is located at 3511 SW Dishong Ave Arcadia, FL. 34266
Our pit provides our fill and sand material. Which can be used for building pads, backfilling holes and/or building up property elevations.

Trucking
We have five dump trucks to transport materials from 5-20 yards at a time. We have a single axle dump truck that hauls 1-5 yards of material.
Our three tractor trailers are capable of hauling clearing debris in our push out trailer, moving equipment with our lowboy and hauling riprap and other materials in our dump trailers. We also offer moving material, such as pavers, sod or equipment with our 53-foot flatbed trailer.

We are a third generation sitework development company working hard to serve you. We have proudly been serving DeSoto, Charlotte, North Lee and Sarasota counties for over 50 years. Starting on his own, Dwight Daughtrey has established one of the most well known sitework companies in surrounding counties. Developing commercial and residential properties. Over time, along with hard work, we opened our 40 acre vegetation disposal facility and our 90 acre dirt pit.
